ABOUT LINDY
Lindy Robbins is a multi-platinum, award-winning songwriter based in Los Angeles, with more than 300 releases and over a dozen Top Ten singles.
Her No. 1 radio hits include the worldwide smashes “Want to Want Me” by Jason Derulo and “Classic” by MKTO (both with well over a billion streams), as well as “Dangerous” by David Guetta (feat. Sam Martin), “Day Drunk” by Morgan Evans, and Hot Chelle Rae’s “Tonight, Tonight.”
Her chart-topping work also includes “Skyscraper” and “Here We Go Again” by Demi Lovato; “Slow Down” by Selena Gomez; “It Girl” by Jason Derulo; “Miss Movin’ On” by Fifth Harmony; “Crybaby” by Paloma Faith; and “Hurts So Good” by Astrid S. Additional Top 5 singles include “Incomplete” (Backstreet Boys), “What’s Left of Me” (Nick Lachey), and “Try Me” (Jason Derulo feat. Jennifer Lopez). In addition to pop music, Lindy writes for stage and screen. Her credits include television theme songs for Jessie and A.N.T. Farm, as well as songs for Lemonade Mouth, Descendants, and Spinning Gold.
For live theatre, she co-wrote the songs for Dark of the Moon: A New Musical, featuring a rock- and bluegrass-influenced score, which will debut at London’s Charing Cross Theatre in Spring 2026. She has also written the book and lyrics, and co-written the music, for an original musical titled "21st Century Singles," currently in development.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Derek, and their two cats.
